We know nobody loves reading these. So here is the short version: we collect your name and email to serve you well, whether that is sending your quiz result, delivering your purchase, or keeping you in the loop with our newsletter. We will never sell your information.
You can unsubscribe or cancel anytime. All sales on digital products are final. Full details below.
1. Who This Policy Covers
This privacy policy and these terms of use apply to all products, services, and platforms operated by Dana Foster Co. and the Network Mama brand, owned by Dana Foster. This includes:
• The Mom Business Personality Type free quiz
• The Network Mama Collective monthly membership, delivered via Skool
• Reclaim Your Hours: The System for Mom Entrepreneurs, a digital download delivered via Squarespace
• The Weekly Boost free newsletter and all Dana Foster Co. email communications

2. What Information We Collect
Free Quiz
When you take the Your Mom Business Personality Type quiz we collect:
• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your quiz answers, used only to calculate and deliver your result
Network Mama Collective Membership
When you subscribe to the Network Mama Collective we collect:
• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your billing information including credit or debit card details, processed securely through Stripe
We do not store your full payment details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Reclaim Your Hours Digital Download
When you purchase Reclaim Your Hours through our Squarespace store we collect:
• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your billing information, processed securely through Stripe via Squarespace
As with all purchases, your full payment details are handled by Stripe and Squarespace and are not stored by Dana Foster Co.
Newsletter and Email List
When you join our email list through any of the above touchpoints we collect your name and email address to send you the Weekly Boost newsletter and relevant communications.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
• Deliver your quiz result and any follow up resources based on your result type
• Process and fulfill your purchase of Reclaim Your Hours and provide download access via Squarespace
• Grant you access to the Network Mama Collective community on Skool and manage your subscription through Stripe
• Send you the Weekly Boost newsletter and occasional emails with relevant offers, resources, and updates
• Respond to your questions or support requests
We will only contact you with content related to business strategy, time management, and resources for mom entrepreneurs. We will never use your information for any purpose outside of what is listed above.
4. Third Party Platforms We Use
To deliver our products and services we work with the following third party platforms. Each of these has its own privacy policy and terms that govern how they handle your data.
• Stripe: payment processing for all purchases. stripe.com/privacy
• Squarespace: website hosting and digital product delivery for Reclaim Your Hours. squarespace.com/privacy
• Skool: community platform for Network Mama Collective content delivery and member access. skool.com/privacy
• ActiveCampaign: used to send newsletters and automated emails. Subject to their own privacy policy.
• Involve.Me: used to host and deliver the personality type quiz. Subject to their own privacy policy.
We share only the information necessary for each platform to perform its function. We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Network Mama Collective Subscription Terms
Billing
The Network Mama Collective is billed monthly at the current rate displayed at danafosterco.com/membership. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your billing date until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Collective membership at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period. To cancel, manage your subscription through the billing portal linked in your account or contact us at dana@danafosterco.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access through that date.
Refunds on Membership
Because the Network Mama Collective is a digital membership with immediate access to content, all subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle you will not be charged for the following month but your current month's payment will not be refunded.
Access
Upon subscribing you will receive instructions to access the Network Mama Collective community via Skool. Access is tied to your active subscription. If your payment fails or your subscription is cancelled your access to the Skool community will be removed.
6. Reclaim Your Hours Digital Download Terms
Delivery
Upon completing your purchase of Reclaim Your Hours through our Squarespace store you will receive immediate access to your digital download including the video modules and companion workbook. A confirmation email with your access link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
No Refund Policy
Because Reclaim Your Hours is a digital product with immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase please contact us at dana@danafosterco.com and we will do everything we can to help.
Personal Use Only
Your purchase of Reclaim Your Hours grants you a single user personal license to access and use the content for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share login access, or use the content in any commercial way without written permission from Dana Foster Co. LLC.
7. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your information is stored securely through third party platforms listed in Section 4. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100 percent secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account or subscription is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you request deletion of your data we will remove it within 30 days except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record keeping purposes.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Unsubscribe from Emails
You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send you. Unsubscribing from emails does not cancel your Collective subscription or affect your access to any purchased products.
Access and Deletion Requests
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you or to request that we delete it. To make either request please email us at dana@danafosterco.com and we will respond within 30 days.
GDPR Rights for EU Residents
If you are located in the European Union you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at dana@danafosterco.com.
California Residents
If you are a California resident you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Our website and third party platforms we use may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and analyze site traffic. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on our site or platforms.

All of our products and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. All content created and distributed by Dana Foster Co. including but not limited to the quiz, video modules, workbook, newsletter content, social media content, and community content is protected by copyright and owned by Dana Foster Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or repurpose any of our content without written permission.
Purchasing a product or subscribing to the Collective does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights remain with Dana Foster Co.

All content provided by Dana Foster Co. including the quiz, digital download, Collective membership, and newsletter is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional business, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Results and outcomes will vary based on individual effort, experience, and circumstances. Dana Foster Co. makes no guarantees about specific results from using any of our strategies, tools, or recommendations.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy and these terms from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of any of our products, platforms, or email list after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
